This benchmark compares the extent to which European supermarkets contribute to a sustainable food system. We compare supermarkets on their climate plans and targets for the protein transition. This benchmark aims to facilitate a large-scale shift in food systems across Europe to reduce the environmental and health impacts of industrial animal food production.
