Complaints, problems or suggestions

Complaints, problems or suggestions can be sent by e-mail at info@thequestionmark.org. Within 48 hours a reaction will follow in which the next steps are mentioned. Questionmark will then endeavor to deal with the complaint as quickly as possible.

Ingredient lists and nutritional values

If interested parties can demonstrate that ingredients and nutritional values ​​have changed, Questionmark will examine them within a reasonable timeframe and, if necessary, experts will be consulted. On this basis, adjustments will be made. If information is lacking about the nutritional values, Questionmark uses the data of a 'standard product'; the definition of these standard products comes from the NEVO file of the RIVM.
